Kathlene Kusiv, D.O., F.A.C.O.G 

Dr Kusiv is the founding partner of our practice.  She enjoys obstetrics and gynecology because she loves bringing life into the world and caring for patients through all stages of their lives.  She strives to provide her patients a full range of both medical and surgical options for treatment and encourages them to choose what treatment they are most comfortable with.  She believes in a holistic approach to medicine, treating the whole person and not just the specific disease process.  She received her medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.  She completed her Residency in OB-GYN at Saginaw Cooperative Hosptials, Saginaw Michigan.  She board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the Americal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.  Dr. Kusiv is married and has two sons.  She is family orientated and spends much of her free time providing a loving and nurturing home for her family.  She also enjoys traveling to new places and experiencing different cultures.  She enjoys biking, camping, fishing and reading.

  Nicky Plementosh, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., F.A.C.S., F.I.C.S

Dr Plementosh chose the specialty of OB/GYN because she enjoys developing relationships with her patients and following them through their lifetime.  She offers a wide range of treatments and specialty procedures for many aspects of women's health.  She strives to not only make each patient feel at ease, but also to help them feel more happy and health.  She received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine-Birmingham. She completed her Residency in OB-GYN at Saginaw Cooperative Hosptials, Saginaw Michigan.  She board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a  Fellow of the Americal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Fellow of the International College of Surgeons and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Plementosh is a Board member of the Wisconsin State Medical Society, Physician's Partner's Limited, Marion House.  She is married and has two sons and three stepchildren.  She enjoys raising Old English Sheepdogs, reading and driving fast cars.

  Ann Derge, RN-C, A.P.N.P., Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner

Ann Derge has been with the Practice since 1996.  She is Board Certified as a Women's Health Care Nurse Practitioner.  She is also a licensed Registered Nurse and an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber.  Ann is married and the mother of one daughter and two sons.
